Tuesday, Oct. 3, Viking Way members work on the finishing touches of the club’s homecoming spirit board. Senior Mansi Patel and junior Jasmine Bhangu open a can of yellow paint for the popcorn featured on the movie theatre themed board. “Taking the time after school to work on the spirit board was so fun because I got to laugh and make a mess with my friends, and in the end, the board turned out great,” Bhangu said. The Viking Way project won the homecoming spirit board contest after the Powder Puff football game the next day.
