Student Council and the junior class will be hosting a Money War, May 17-21 to raise money for St. Jude Children’s Hospital and Box of Balloons .

The competition will be between the first hour classes. The classes who raise the most money will win candy and different snack prizes. Each class that donates $25 will be entered in a raffle to win prizes as well.

Along with the individual class prizes, there will also be school goals that if reached will cause teachers to be pied in the face. The goals to pie each teacher are: $500 for PE teacher Mark Malawey, $1000 for social studies teacher Sam Kohler, $1,500 for dean Holly Avis, and $2,000 for principal Dave Wedlock.

The containers of money will be picked up after first hour May 21.
