School is out Nov. 8 due to voting being held at nine different schools in the Francis Howell School District, including Francis Howell High School. According to the internet newsletter released on Francis Howell High School’s website, the district is predicted to have over 88,000 registered voters. The newsletter urges voters to take their time when voting and to vote look towards the bottom of the ballot at Proposition Howell, which is an increased tax levy for the district.
