Oct. 3 at 8:14, parents and anyone else signed up for for Howell’s eNews received an email stating that there was a security alert. The email states that there was a rumor of potential violence.

Associate Principal Angela Kozlowski reiterated what the email said that the students are safe, the threats are not credible and that the purpose of them was most likely to disrupt the school day, and the police and school are still investigating.
