- What is aerial silks?
Aerial silks is a popular act where I hang from a silk rope and perform different acrobatics.
- How did you find an interest in aerial silks?
I used to go rock climbing and would see aerial silk classes. It was fascinating to watch them and it looked like a lot of fun, so I decided to give it a try.
- How often do you practice?
I started by taking one to two classes a week. After a while, my coach believed I had advanced enough to be able to teach my own class. I was beyond excited.
- What are your future goal for aerial silks?
My goals are to improve as much as I can before I go to college. I bought my own silk, so it would be cool if I could bring the art of aerial silks to my college and teach students there.
