There is a chance for students to win up to $600 if they participate in the Troubadour contest. The Troubadour contest gets students to write, perform, and submit a song that inspires humanity, encourages social change, or starts protests. The contest is open to students ages 13 to 18 and must be performed in English. However, the prize is not $600 flat out. It consists of 25 Silver Eagle coins that are worth between $500-$600 when sold. You must sign up by Dec. 15, 2014.
