On the evening of Dec. 7 and 8, all levels of chorus hosted it’s annual Madrigal Dinner. The performance included holiday-themed songs during a meal.“It’s a dinner and a show that takes place in the medieval time period. Chamber choir is the royal court. Concert and treble are peasants and servers,” senior Kate Koenig said.
Members of the court acknowledge this year’s performance went well.
“This year was one of the best years we’ve ever had. I am a senior, so it’s the last one I had. My favorite part was when we dressed up Mr. Gaia as a princess,” senior Kate Koenig said.
“I enjoy being with my friends on the royal court,” junior Austin Snider said.
Others agree the dinner was a success.
“It went really good,” Koenig said. “We got a lot of compliments saying it was better than in the past. It was really fun.”
