From modern American food- like a delicious large slab of ribs, and their most famous dish, seared black salmon- to traditional mexican foods, such as homemade tamales or an enormous mexican burrito….they’re sure to make you come back for seconds. Espinos received an outstanding review from the famous TV host of “Diners, Dive-in’s, and Dives,” Guy Fieri. Fieri had the seared black salmon with a spicy jalapeno butter, finished with Espinos famous Cilantro ginger glaze sauce. All of Espinos specials sport a beautiful decorative flower, carved out of a turn-up and dyed with red food coloring. If you want to eat like a star, then Espinos is for you. This mouth watering restaurant will have you coming back for seconds.
