“One thing I’m most proud of, of my past is making varsity cheer. And becoming part of this huge family that I’ve always looked up to, as a freshman on JV, I’ve always looked up to all of our city girls, and always wanted to be them and have that friendship and that family that they always had. And no matter how much this team may like fight or like, have an attitude towards people like we always work through it, because it’s just this whole community that we’ve all wanted for so long. And we’ve all worked so hard. So when we go to stay, we can get first place. And it’s just gonna be this big accomplishment that we’ll all be working towards as this family. And when I look back in a few years, and I’m not in high school anymore, I’ll always be so proud of this family in this cheer team that we’ve created. And they’ll always have a big impact on my life,” MacFarland said.
