Girls basketball loses Lindbergh tournament, Libby Brewster picks up 1000th point of her career
Senior Libby Brewster not only helped the Vikings pick up a win over a ranked Kirkwood team in the Lindbergh Tournament but also in doing so, picked up her 1,000th point of her career at Howell, Feb. 1.
The Girls Basketball program continued its run over ranked opponents as it competed in the Lindbergh Tournament. The Vikings fell in the tournament championship, but not before knocking off Marquette. The girls are now 5-2 against top 10 ranked opponents. At the conclusion of the tournament, both freshman Danielle Moore and senior Julie Steiger were recognized as members of the Lindbergh All-Tournament team.
