Varsity boys basketball takes win over Webster Groves
Varsity boys basketball beat second-ranked Webster Groves, Jan.1, removing Webster Groves from its number two spot. The back and forth game ended 57-48. Head coach Grant Agbo led the team through the wins.
“This team has finally formed cohesiveness. The game at home was good for the boys to play in front of friends and family on the H,” Agbo said.
With districts starting Feb.28, the Vikings practice for two hours, six days a week. The boys’ 10-6 record leaves nine games left in the regular season.
“The ultimate goal is to win it all, that’s
always the ultimate goal. A short-term goal is to win All-State,” Agbo said.
