Boys Swim Takes Home Two Wins in One Weekend
Boys swim won both the Pattonville tri-meet, Sept. 14, and the Ft. Zumwalt South meet, Sept. 15. The team finished with 137 points at Pattonville and 135 points at Ft. Zumwalt South.
“Pattonville’s attempts to defeat us were less than futile,” senior Chris Gibson said. “The depth of our team is something that other teams don’t have. Pattonville might have a few good swimmers but it’s our B-flight swimmers that really bring our team together and help us win every meet,” senior Jacobb Dearing said.
“The Ft. Zumwalt South meet was a great meet to put up qualifying times for state,” Dearing said. “As well as a great way of showing our team’s strength.”
