Feb 9. Francis Howell experienced a power outage throughout the entire school as well as Union, and businesses and houses along highway 94. The full cause of the outage has yet to be determined, but it is said to be related to Ameren Electric Company. The outage lasted about 10-15 minutes, and then Howell’s power kicked back on. School is now back in session at Francis Howell.
