On Aug. 12, Howell hosted the football jamboree. Three other schools participated in the Jamboree, Ladue, MacCluer, and CBC.

The student section dressed in beach theme. Beach balls were thrown around the crowd and some students came dressed in Hawaiian shirts and grass skirts.

The Vikings won two out of the three games played. “We we haven’t done very well at jamborees these past four years.” tight end Max Hefner said.
